Taken about 16:45 GMT. This was a bit of a surprise visitor, but I understand that several thousand of these parakeets live in the local area including Richmond Park. Note the red beak and the long tail that looks yellowish in the dusk light. I think that this is a Ring-Necked Parakeet.
