Hattusha aka Hattushash, Hattuşa, Hattuşaş, Boğazköy and Boğazkale. The original carving of the King (or God) was removed in 1907 and can be seen in the Museum of Ancient Civilisations in Ankara, this is a reproduction. The figure is 2.25 meters tall, and is identified as a god by the horns on his helmet (you can just about make them out in this picture). The god is probably Sharrumma, who is the patron and protector of Great King Tudhaliya IV (who founded the upper city where the gate is located) and is the son of Teshub (the weather god) and Hepat (the sun goddess).
