This pair are called Sage and Onion (I'm not sure which is which). They live at the Hawk Conservancy, Andover, Hampshire, UK, where you visit them along with some rather more impressive birds.

This picture was taken from the window of a coach. The vultures started to leave as soon as the coach came into view. We tried to to stop the coach and get closer for a better photo, but the vultures had dispersed into the ether by the time we'd piled off.
When we passed travelling in the opposite direction several hours later there was a wolf chewing at the carcass.
