Arrived over the Net called 3024.jpg and with the text "Istanbul Police Station yesterday morning......."

Though these appear to be Israeli policecars I guess the idea is that with Scousers in Istanbul nothing was safe unless nailed down...

For those of you not in the know, Scousers are the inhabitants of the area around Liverpool (England), and have a reputation for dishonesty, thievery and idleness, undeserved of course!
