Many thanks to Pam and Ossie for digging this out at the request of a visitor to the Gallery (Luke) for use in artwork for a CD booklet. I have done various rescans of this image at a higher resolution and in different formats. 720dpi scan on the Epson Perfection 4990 PHOTO flatbed scanner.
